Joker in cp wants to take over club penguin for real!!!

He looks like a joker because he is all green and has a very silly hat and some weird painting on his face so if you see him post here!!! Keep on the look out he could be hacking in the system and banning people!!We need more moderators

I saw him in Hq some agents tried to catch him he was really wearing a hat with jingling bells and called him self the joker and his name was really blue but i thought he was crazy so he could be real he could be crazy but he was crazy enough to say ''Iam taking over cp once and for all''!For real i saw him in summer
