1. to go in u must have "Penguin Storm" [it a club penguin cheat program]
2. open the penguin storm and log in as normal!
3. click the "room" button, on the top next to advance button
4. then click the "join room via name"
5. type in word "agentcom"
6. Then u will be in the room!!!

Meh, it's not worth it if you get banned. I'd rather get into the EPF Command Room the honest way - with a code, instead using h4x and cheats. But still a good cheat!
