To be a moderator 1. you need to know the rules of the forum, and you have just braked one: Do not ask to be a moderator Wink .
2. You need to be friendly and nice to all penguins, and do not brake any kind of rules(in this case you have just braked one so)
3. Be active on Chats
4. High level of your post account (I think you need to have at least 350 posts)
and 5. Do not gossip any moderator or penguin on your blog or any kind of internet services.
