| Download the file, I personally save to desktop, then extract, move the extracted file to my desktop, then close the windows. Go to My Computer, then find C Local Disk Find Program files, and find Paint.NET, and find effects, place the .dll file in there, if it is a font, find filetypes in the paint.NET folder. If you have paint.net open while you install it, close it and open it again to access it.

| This is how to install a plugin to PDN, not to a program. Some people are professional enough to understand GIMP/PS. PDN isn't the only thing out there. |

| Thanks for the tip! I can't do this because I use Mac, but since I got a new Mac for Christmas, I can run windows. The reason I say I can't do this is that I don't have the Windows software quite yet to run it with Bootcamp. |
